At 78 I am continuing to improve my health, mobility, awareness, attitude & jest for life. To my knowledge this is unheard of. I have no doctor. I have no maladies that I can’t control or manage.
Six years ago I felt old & used up. I was certain I would not live another two years. I wasn’t sure I would make it another two weeks!
