What Makes Me Tick
I’ve accomplished a great deal in my 77 years on earth. The last 10 have been the most rewarding, by far. At a time when most are slowing down, taking it easy, even becoming weaker, sicker, more confused, and even dying, I’m thriving! I feel better everyday! Each passing year brings better health, clearer thinking, more energy and zest for life. I’m no exercise nut, I have a desk job. I do watch what I eat, especially how much and the quality. I abhor the medical profession and search for natural ways to “cure” my many maladies.
Yes, I have, or have had, maladies, many of them!
Let me list a few that come to mind, starting with those that I’ve defeated.

- Very low energy
- Weakness
